1. I created a gang sheet, where should I submit it?

- You can send your custom gang sheets on our email: orders@tulsadtfprints.com. (WeTransfer, Google Drive, iCloud (make sure to give us the access link).

2. How do I utilize the free gang sheet auto-builder on your website?

3. I submitted my gang sheet to your builder but it didn't let me pay for it?

- Send us the email address & name that you used when creating the gang sheet so we could track it down for you and send you the invoice.

4. Can I check the gang sheet that I made on your builder?

- Yes! Just send us an email and we'll send it to you.

5. Your builder says that my PNG file has a low resolution, what do I do?

- As long as your PNG file doesn't look blurry on your end, you can disregard this but make sure to double-check as well since we highly suggest that you send us a PNG file with 300 dpi for the best results when printing. 

6. What peeling method do I use?

- Our transfers are COLD PEEL now.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

We highly require placing your solid white designs at the bottom when creating your gang sheet. This small tweak is essential to prevent any potential printing issues or banding that could impact the overall quality of your prints.

Our current turnaround time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). While we always strive for smooth operations, we kindly request your understanding in case of any unforeseen incidents within our control (technical issues, power outage, personal emergencies, etc.)

ADDITIONAL NOTE: Any orders after 2 PM CST are considered the next business day.

> Kindly ensure that the submitted file is in the PNG format and has a transparent background to guarantee optimal results.

> Maintain a minimum of 300 DPI for superior image quality and clarity in your custom design.

> Make sure your designs are in CMYK format for the highest color resolution. 

> Color variations cannot be guaranteed for design files that we do not own. If you have specific questions about colors, please reach out to us at support@tulsadtfprints.com before submitting your order to ensure clarity and satisfaction.

I sent an email, how long do I have to wait for a reply?

Although we do our best to respond to all emails promptly, kindly allow us a window of 24 to 48 hours for our response. Don't hesitate to follow-up if you don't hear back within that time frame.

We only respond to emails during weekdays from 9 am - 5 pm CST.

PRESSING TEMPERATURE:

COTTON: 325 - 15 seconds

50/50: 300 - 12 seconds

TRI: 275 - 10 seconds

POLY: 275 - 10 seconds

PRESSURE: MEDIUM

PEELING METHOD: COLD PEEL

Press your transfer at the recommended temp/time. Once you have pressed, let the transfer completely cool before peeling (we always recommend setting the shirt aside, press another tee, then go back to peel). Peel carefully, repress one more time with teflon/parchment sheet for 3-5 seconds.

FOR POCKET PRINTS:

1. Adjust your pressure: Use light pressure when pressing small designs; no need for medium/heavy pressure. Apply gentle pressure and lift carefully when pressing.

2. Use a cushion or towel: Place it under the chest area to lift the shirt, allowing the press to make full contact with the design, especially on thinner garments or kids' apparel.

3. Skip pre-pressing: Reduce the temperature slightly for better results.

PRESSING INSTRUCTION:

  1. Place a teflon or non-stick parchment sheet on top of the patch.
  2. Press between 250-300 for 20-30 seconds.
  3. Flip the garment inside out, repeat step one.

Hats: Do a second press for 10 seconds.

All sales are FINAL. However, in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, you may need to file a claim directly with UPS or any shipping carrier used. Take clear photos of any visible damage to the exterior of the package. This will be essential for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • To qualify for free shipping, your order must reach a minimum purchase of $100.
  • Orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped via UPS Ground.
  • Please note that this free shipping offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
